Eligibility for Return:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as you received it
- In the original packaging
- Unused, and undamaged

- Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Refund: We will process your refund online once we receive and inspect your returned item. The refund amount will be transferred online to your bank account or other wallets like EasyPaisa or JazzCash.
Exceptions:
- Personalized Items: Makeup and Jewelry items cannot be returned.
- Sale Items: Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund. Please record a video of unboxing your package to avoid any inconvenience.
